Partnering with a research team, I designed a quantitative study aimed at segmenting the consumer audiences for a keto-friendly tortilla company. Following the study, I was able to outline the decision-making process for each segment, while calling out differences between each segment along the way. This customer journey served as the basis for our go-to-market media plan.
