Hi, hello, I’m Mike.

I am a marketing strategist who has spent the last 10+ years learning, writing, and creating within some of the top advertising agencies in the US, including GREY, Publicis, and Saatchi & Saatchi.

I've had the privilege of working on some amazing brands like AT&T, Canon USA, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Bank of America, as well as some fintech and CPG start-ups along the way. Despite major differences in how these brands operate, I’ve found that once you get under-the-hood of a business, you can find a way to solve just about any problem with creativity.

IRL: I love playing instruments, being outside, branding, coffee, and meeting new people, so if you do too, or if you have an idea, or for whatever reason…

I’ve worked with brands big and small… on everything from banks to tortillas.

My favorite types of projects:

  • Qualitative and quantitative research, competitive landscaping, and cultural analysis are some of the tools that I’ve used to help clients get to better, more meaningful work.

  • I have a number of different methods for developing new, differentiated value propositions or positioning statements for products or brands.

  • I’ve worked on everything from Super Bowl commercials, to paid search ads, and everything in between, and can draw on years of experience and best practices to create strong performing ads.

  • To make research more actionable, I often create customer journeys that illustrate the path-to-purchase of a specific consumer segment.
